Wow!
I have a home computer!This is a momentous event. I have been promised a home computer for months (my standard response: "yes, dear") but it has finally materialised. AND it works.I'm going to have a pretty seethrough purple mouse, and I'm going to be able to play Theme Hospital to my heart's content without being forcibly ejected because someone has urgent business on Hardware Central.Bliss...

Congratifications!!!Good God, how many PCs are ye going to have in that place then...?!ONe rule though - don't let The Beloved near it (at least until it breaks anyway!) cos I bet he'd welcome a chance to have another motherboard to mess with!!! :-)
Note to self - talk to boss about PC upgrade. Need more memory, hard-drives and a new processor.
Actually, the beloved built my machine himself. Apparently it's like a mechano kit.And if he dares to fiddle around with the insides again...He's just installed Theme Hospital again for me. Bless.Besides, I am dead chuffed with the machine. It's got a lovely seethrough purple mouse with a shiny purple cord, a tie-dye backdrop, cnd and flower icons, and even a mad psychedelic winamp skin. Looks like a seventies surrealist nightmare, but I love it.Anyway, must go and deploy some doctors...
So, basically a new computer then...?!
